Two 3YO Winners, including Allowance Victor SET HUT

With a second-place finish in a Fair Grounds allowance already this year to the Louisiana Futurity runner-up, SET HUT rallied on the far turn and won this one mile allowance test at Evangeline Downs by a length. The 3-year-old son of DAAHER was unhurried early but moved up on the far turn to claim the lead by the top of the stretch, then dueled with another through most of the stretch and won the battle to the wire. At 2, SET HUT was a 2 1/4-length Maiden Special Weight winner at the Fair Grounds in his second start after a runner-up finish in his debut. He was bred by Nathan Granger & Set-Hut LLC. out of the Honour and Glory mare Mist of Honour and races for Set-Hut LLC. Also on April 28th, ROLLER BABE won for the second time after being awarded first in a 4 1/2-furlong event at Charles Town. Bred by Bobby W. Austin out of Ashton Girl (IRE), by Elnadim, the filly was a front-running winner in Maiden Special Weight company as a 2-year-old.
