DIN’S FIRE Leads the Way for Second Win

DIN’S FIRE won for the second time in her last four starts going wire to wire to take this six-furlong test by 1 3/4 lengths. The 3-year-old filly by ALBERTUS MAXIMUS broke on top from gate five and was never really threatened to win under occasional urging through the stretch at Prairie Meadows. She was a 3 1/4-length Maiden winner at Churchill in late June and then finished runner-up twice, beaten less than a combined two lengths, before this win. DIN’S FIRE was bred by Mr. & Mrs. Salvador Gonzalez, Jr. out of the Orientate mare, Fit’n Happy Lady.
