3YO SIR MAXX Wins Maiden Special Debut

Putting in a :59 flat bullet five-furlong breeze in his last work, SIR MAXX make a winning debut setting all the fractions to take this Maiden Special Weight by a comfortable 1 3/4 lengths. The 3-year-old son of ALBERTUS MAXIMUS broke well from post four to grab the lead soon after the break racing 5 1/2 furlongs. Receiving a little pressure on the turn, SIR MAXX soon repelled his competition to open up the lead by 3 1/2 lengths by mid-stretch and was under a mild drive to the wire in open company at Indiana Grand Race Course. Bred in Kentucky out of the Tactical Cat mare, Intallclover, SIR MAXX races for his breeder Clovertowne Thoroughbreds.
